Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect personal information you provide when you contact us or submit an enquiry, including your name, email address and phone number. If you enquire about products or wholesale supply, we also collect the details you choose to share — such as your customer type, delivery postcode, vehicle make, model and year, tyre sizes and wheel specifications. This vehicle information is provided voluntarily and is used only to assist with your enquiry.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to product, pricing and fitment enquiries;
• prepare retail quotes and wholesale commercial proposals;
• check product suitability against your vehicle specifications;
• arrange delivery or collection where an order proceeds; and
• communicate with you about your enquiry or order.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Information is retained only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, fulfil an order, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. Where necessary to complete your request, limited details may be shared with service providers — for example, delivery providers when arranging freight for an order, or suppliers when confirming product availability. These parties are expected to handle the information only for the purpose it was provided.

Australian privacy law

We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, to the extent they apply to our business. This policy is provided in good faith and does not constitute legal advice or a representation of certified compliance.

Access and correction

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date. We will respond to reasonable requests within a practical timeframe.
